About me

Lynn Teoh
BCA, BSc, DPT, APAM

I'm a UX designer and clinician with a nontraditional pathway; before tech, I majored in writing, danced overseas, sewed wedding dresses, kicked around a biomechanics lab, and worked the elite sports circuit as a physiotherapist.

I've always loved problem-solving and doing excellent work with excellent people, so when the pandemic came along and redefined job security, I started looking for new opportunities outside healthcare... and found UX.

I've spent a lot of time helping people get from ground-zero back to fighting form, so love a strong user flow! I'm also curious about product design, UX research, accessibility, and the health tech/med tech sectors.

I lived in Melbourne long enough to pick up a taste for matcha lattes 😊

(did you really think I’d close off here without another photo of my doggo? ❤️)

Why UX?

Because UX combines a lot of what I've liked about different roles. Writing? Check. Research methods? Check. Diagnosis before treatment? Check. Taking an idea from concept to execution, and caring a lot about how the audience feels about it? Check. Awesome coworkers? Fingers crossed!
